Open a work area, clear a proposed driveway route or prepare ground for a planned improvement. Explain the intended use so stump treatment and the finished surface match the project.
Contractor-led projects
Bring the plans, work limits and required finish. Joe can review the clearing and ground-work scope, equipment access, material handling and schedule with the owner or contractor.
From the first tree to the next phase.

- Plan ground work. Review grading and driveway or equipment access needs.
- Confirm the finish. Agree on debris handling and the condition needed for the next phase.
Joe’s equipment includes a bucket truck, stump grinder, skid steer and dump trailer. The equipment and sequence depend on the site.
Before you schedule the work
Does site prep include everything needed for a foundation?
No single scope fits every construction project. Share your builder’s or engineer’s requirements. Clearing and grading should not be assumed to include engineered fill, compaction testing, utilities or foundation certification.
Can I combine clearing, grading and a driveway?
Yes. Request a combined estimate so the work can be planned in sequence.
What should I send Joe?
Send the location, approximate work area, photos of access, your plans if available and the intended use of the ground.
